Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"CareerHub Corporate Family" means all companies connected with CareerHub. A company is connected with CareerHub if it is:
1. a subsidiary or holding company of CareerHub;
2. controlled by the same person(s) who control CareerHub or CareerHub’s holding company;
3. a subsidiary or holding company of any company in (i) or (ii) above; or
4. a subsidiary or holding company of any company in (iii) above, with "subsidiary" and "holding company" defined per applicable laws.
"Services" means the online recruitment services as set out in Clause 2.
"Terms" means these terms and conditions.
"Website" means www.careerhub.am, including its content, databases, software, code, and graphics.

CareerHub offers the following Services via the Website:

Freecruitment: NGOs may post one job announcement on the Website free of charge, with vacancies and applicants managed via the Client’s account.
Premium Job Postings: A subscription service where job postings receive greater prominence in listings.
Featured Job Postings: A service allowing Clients to have job postings appear in "Featured Jobs" sections.
Guaranteed Response: Ensures at least five applications or CVs per job posting. If not met within a week, CareerHub provides access to CV Search.
CV Search: Clients can search and download candidate CVs, subject to fair usage limits.
Branding Opportunities: Promotion services, including Recruiter Profile postings on the Website.
Email Services: Targeted email campaigns to recently registered candidates matching Client criteria.

Clients must set up an account to access the Services.
CareerHub reserves the right to refuse Services at its sole discretion.
A contract between CareerHub and the Client comes into effect upon CareerHub's receipt of a completed Order Confirmation.
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Clients must not submit illegal, defamatory, offensive, or fraudulent content on the Website.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days, with interest charged on late payments per applicable law.
Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

Once an Order Confirmation is received, CareerHub does not accept cancellations, and no refunds will be provided.
Subscription Services require a minimum term of 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds for online purchases may be granted at CareerHub’s sole discretion.

CareerHub may modify or discontinue any Service without affecting existing contracts.
CareerHub reserves the right to change fees and Terms, with changes not being retroactive.
CareerHub may terminate accounts and contracts immediately for material breaches or non-payment.
Accounts may be closed for incomplete or inaccurate information, illegal activity, misuse of the Website, or failed credit checks.

Clients must post authentic job listings that meet quality standards.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Website content.
CareerHub does not guarantee Website uptime, error-free operation, or specific hiring results.
CareerHub is not responsible for failures due to events beyond its control.
Clients must ensure their systems are protected against malware and viruses.

All intellectual property rights in the Website and Services remain with CareerHub or its licensors.
CareerHub’s liability is limited to the price paid for Services and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.

Notices to CareerHub shall be sent via email to contactus@careerhub.am.
Notices to Clients shall be sent to the email address provided during account setup.

These Terms are governed by Armenian law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Armenian courts.

Clients authorize CareerHub to post vacancies and rank candidates based on Client criteria.
Clients are responsible for job content, including legally required qualifications and conditions.
Clients must provide sufficient details about the job, employer, salary, and other conditions.
CareerHub forwards applications but is not responsible for verifying applicant information.
CareerHub reserves the right to remove job postings deemed illegal, inappropriate, or fraudulent.

CV downloads are subject to a fair usage cap of 300 downloads per user per day.

Clients must comply with data protection, employment, and discrimination laws.

Employment agencies must comply with all applicable regulations.

By using the Website and Services, Clients agree to these Terms. CareerHub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
